The villa’s kitchen is suitable for everyday cooking but also for fancy 7 course meals in case there is a professional chef in your party. You can either cook yourself or order catering for your group, the choice is yours. The kitchen has tableware and cutlery for up to 20 people.
Not everybody fancies skiing in the beautiful slopes that Levi has to offer. This is why there are other activities in the Levin Karpalo as well. In the basement level we have a gaming room with darts and a pool table. The first floor has magnificent views to the beautiful Lapland nature with an open planned living room and a fireplace. Moreover, if you like to have some peace of mind for just yourself, the bedrooms are located in a separate wing and they all come withtheir own bathroom, TV, sofa and 4 beds.

This spacious and modern villa is located in Kivirakka, approximately 1 km away from the Levi Center and the skiing slopes. Cross country skiing routes are as close as 200m from the villas doorsteps. The ski bus stop is located next to the villa on the main road. The villa has a large parking area with power plugs for cars. The villa has beds for up to 20 people in 5 different bedrooms with modern interior and furniture. The villa is open for tenancy around the year. The bedrooms include beds (4 to 6 depending on the room), sofa, TV and own bathroom facilities. Every room has two floors with two beds, living room area, wardrobe and bathroom downstairs and two beds and wardrobes upstairs. The bedroom with 6 beds has a separate master bedroom and the same above mentioned facilities downstairs and 4 beds upstairs.
The villa has an open planned spacious living room area with a beautiful view to the nature from large windows. The living room area is designed to fit your whole party and it consists of a fire place, TV and stereo system. The terrace is accessible from the living room. The villa’s dining area has a table for 20 people and is suitable for all 20 persons to eat or have a conference at the same time. The kitchen is suitable for a demanding taste and it consists of 2 ovens, large induction stove, 3 refrigerators, freezer, dish washer, coffee and tea makers and a microwave. The sauna, Finns favourite place, has both electric and wooden heating. The sauna has its own dressing room and toilet. The villa has spatious rooms for outer wear and sporting equipments. In the basement level there is a washing machine and a dryer. There you can also find the pool table and darts.
